Therese Anne Stump, 69, passed away December 4, 2020 at MercyOne Medical Center in Des Moines. She was born March 24, 1951 to Maurice Barrett and Rose Dejarlis. Therese graduated from Urbandale High School.
She married James Stump on December 11, 1976. Therese enjoyed a variety of interests, which included writing, crafting, and cooking.
Therese is lovingly remembered by her husband, James; daughters, Shelley Mclerren (Matthew) and Angela Stump Ashwill (Tony); grandchildren: Mackenzie, Camden, Jilliann, and a grandson on the way. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her stepmother, Mary Barrett.
Her family is honoring her with a private service and burial.
