Robert Shore was born August 29, 1952 in Russell, Iowa, the son of David and Ruby Shore. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the Navy for four years.
Robert met and married Pamela Weatherly of Des Moines, Iowa on June 14, 1973. They had three children: Jesse Robert Shore 8/20/1974, Brandy Marie Bos 1/31/1977, and Bobbie Joe Hillgren 9/26/1978.
Robert was a hard working family man. He would do anything for his family. He was a stubborn man but also very sweet. He suffered these last few years but never gave up.
He loved his ten grandchildren and one great grandchild. Robert believed in God.
Robert died on September 6, 2020 at home. He will be interred at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery.
