Neil died peacefully at home Oct 14, 2022, with his wife of 42 years, Carre Trude by his side.
Born in Wayne, NE 8/3/45. He lived in Carroll, NE and graduated from Wayne HS in 1963. He is survived by his wife, Carre of Johnston; daughter, Nicole of Pinehurst NC; granddaughters, Rylee and Avery of Raleigh NC; sister, Karen Landanger of Plattesmouth NE, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Neil J Wecker, 11.
A celebration of life is planned for Dec 3rd at 1 PM at Merle Hay Funeral Home. Memorials can be made in his honor to the Wounded Warriors or Isaac Walton League.
